It serves food made of fresh local ingredients. Fish is bought from local Pärnu fishermen, quail from the Järveotsa Farm near Tartu, vegetables from local fields and herbs are grown in the villa's own herb garden. The varied menu contains a broad selection of seafood, local beef and lamb dishes, vegetarian meals and mouth-watering desserts.
