There are three points where you can use public computers and the internet:
- Pärnu Central Library (Akadeemia 3, www.pkr.ee) has a public internet point on the ground floor and wireless connection throughout the premises. To use a computer, register in advance at the desk or call +372 4455706. There is no service charge.
- The café on the ground floor of Port Artur 1 shopping centre (www.portartur.ee), phone +372 447 8888. Printing facilities are also available.
- The Museum of New Art (Esplanaadi 10, www.chaplin.ee), phone +372 443 0772. Printing and photocopying facilities are also available.
