It is widely known that the best ideas come when people who seek them, are outside their normal environment. Pärnu has excellent function and entertainment facilities which make coming together both easy going and enjoyable. The town is small and compact and has all the facilities and venues needed for a perfect convention – well-equipped conference halls, restaurants and accommodation – within at most only a short walking distance of each other. All the benefits of an elegant resort town are also close by – the sandy beach, numerous spa and health centres and both day and evening entertainment.

The range of venues for corporate events makes Pärnu the right place for large or small-scale functions. Three halls seat about 500 guests in the theatre style, the largest even about 900 people. A total of 65 conference rooms are on offer, including 20 which meet international standards.

The town has over 4000 beds in different types of accommodation, thus it is easy to find a place to stay.

In the countryside, too, there are facilities for smaller corporate functions (up to 50 seats) and for the larger of these you can choose from Kihnu community hall, Tõstamaa Manor, the Lepanina Hotel or the Conference and Resort Centre Villa Andropoff.

In the evening you may shrug off your business worries or get some inspiration for the following conference days by an invigorating or relaxing stroll, a visit to a spa, seeing a show or concert or enjoying a meal in cosy restaurant.

Work and business activities can be alternated by trips to exotic islands, unspoilt woodlands and marshes which include Soomaa National Park, one of the best-known destinations for nature tourism in Estonia. Ultimately relaxing but also adventurous is a snowshoeing or bog walking trip, canoeing and beaver safaris followed by a visit to a sauna.
